FAQ’s relating to Christmas shows
Q. What is the Early-Bird Offer?
A. The Early-Bird Offer or Ticket is a promotion we’re running at the moment whereas a certain limited amount of tickets per show is available at a cheaper price (on average about £5.00 per ticket off). These tickets are available for everyone and we run this promotion every year to give our regular customers the chance to book early and get a great deal before the big run for Christmas tickets starts at the end of September. There’s only a limited amount of Early-bird tickets available per show so once this amount has sold out ticket prices for that show will go up by £5.00.
Q. What is included in my Christmas Show ticket:
A. All Christmas shows (Krater Christmas Krackers, Ministry of Burlesque Christmas Special, Suspiciously Elvis) include a traditional three – course Christmas meal, entertainment (depending on which night you choose) plus an after show christmas-disco where you can dance until late.
Q. What time do the shows start ?
A. At the majority of all evening shows, doors open at 6.30pm and the show will start at 8.30pm. Especially if you arrive in large groups we ask you to arrive early (from 6.30pm) which will allow us enough time to serve you your three-course meal before show starting time. We ask you to arrive from door opening time to allow enough time to settle down and enjoy your three-course meal before the show. Please refer to your e-ticket for arrival times and last entry times.
Q. Will there be a disco after the show?
A. Yes*! After all Christmas shows during December (Krater Christmas Krackers, Ministry of Burlesque Christmas Special, Suspiciously Elvis) there will an after-show christmas disco playing a funky mix of christmas, cheese, motown, funk, soul and disco tunes.
Q. Do we have to pre-order food before the show?
A. Yes, we will ask you to order your three-course Christmas meal in advance. Once you have paid the full amount for your tickets we will start sending food order forms out to you via email from mid-October which you can circulate amongst your colleagues / friends and indicate which starter/mains/ desert you like. You then simply send the filled-out forms back to us via email. Q. Not everyone from my Christmas Party can arrive together. Is this a problem?
A. Generally speaking not. However, we do aim to start serving you your 3-course Christmas Dinner before the start of the show once everyone from your has arrived. In order to allow enough time for us to do so it’ll be advisable if everyone within your group arrives latest within one hour after door opening time (6.30pm for evening shows, 1pm for daytime shows).
