Q. Is your online booking secure? Yes, our site operates via a secure connection and your details are not shared with anyone else when you book with Komedia.
Q. I booked online – when will I receive my tickets? If you have booked online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation which is your ticket. Please print this out and bring it with you to enter the venue. If you cannot print it out, please write down the order reference number and bring this with you.
Q. I haven’t received my e-mail confirmation – what can I do? Occasionally, due to certain e-mail server’s spam filters, an e-mail confirmation may not be able to get through. Firstly check your spam and junk files to see if the e-mail has been sent there, If you can still not find the e-mail please contact the box office HERE of phone on 0845 293 8480 (12pm – 6pm Tuesday – Saturday) and they will be able to resend the e-mail in a form that should get through and give you the the order reference number for extra security.
Q. I have booked online for a large group but we will be arriving separately – what should we do? When you arrive, bring your e-ticket and come and see the Door Staff who have a list of order reference numbers & customer names. They will count the members of your group in as they arrive so it does not matter if you do not arrive at the same time. If you can’t find the answer you are looking for, please e-mail our staff with your query HERE. Or if you would prefer to speak to someone, call our Ticket Line on 0845 293 8480 (Tues to Sat 12noon – 6pm). We advise all groups of 3+ to arrive by latest 7pm for our cabaret and comedy shows, as seating is allocated on a first-come first-served basis and we can not guarantee that you will be seated together if you turn up later than 7pm. It’s enough if at least one person arrives by 7pm to hold seats for the rest of the group and to ensure that the group can be seated together.
Groups of 8+ will have an area reserved provided the booking has been made under one name. Group bookers (8+, booked under the same name) MUST arrive within 30 min of door opening time to enable the party to sit together For all other groups – Tables are allocated on a first-come first-served basis on the night. Arrive at door opening times to get the best choice of table, and order your food before the show. Last food orders are at 8.00pm sharp. We advise all groups of 3+ to arrive by latest 7pm for our cabaret and comedy shows, as seating is allocated on a first-come first-served basis and we can not guarantee that you will be seated together if you turn up later than 7pm.

All limited seating & standing gigs: 14 & over unless otherwise stated
All Krater Comedy Club shows: 18 & over
N.B. all under 16’s MUST be accompanied by an adult at all shows.
Gift vouchers can be purchased from Komedia ticket counters or directly from our website, for use in Komedia Box Office only, for any amount.
