Q. Why are several different prices available for some shows?
A. The different prices reflect concessions (see concession policy to find out if you are eligible), whether or not a food voucher is already included in your ticket (Meal Deal Ticket OR VIP tickets) or special offers for a certain show. Please note, ticket prices do not reflect where you will be seated as we do not operate numbered seating for our shows. Ticket prices only indicate the area in which you will be seated. For Komedia Bath this can either be our cabaret seating area (auditorium tickets) where food is served (meal deal tickets and standart entry ticket holders. VIP customers are seated in the Restaurant before the show. In the Balcony area is only rowed seating, not suitable for diners, cheaper ticket price.
Q. Who is eligible for a concession?
A. Komedia offers concessionary rate tickets (when available) to people over the age of 60, children under the age of 16, people on DSS, students with a valid NUS card, people with disabilities (complimentary tickets are available to carers), Parragon Card holders; Discovery Card Holders & Komedia Regular Card holders at certain shows. Please check availability for your show of choice online or alternatively call our booking line to see if a concession is available. Please note that proof of concession will be required upon entrance.
Q. Can I reserve a Ticket and pay on the door?
A. All tickets must be paid for in advance and we cannot reserve tickets until the day of the show. We can put tickets on hold for you for up to 4 days from the date of reservation – but please note that payment will be required the day before the event should this fall within the 4-day time frame.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Tickets cannot be exchanged nor money refunded. In the case of a sell-out show, you may return your ticket to the Box Office where we can attempt to resell it for face value. Should we resell it, it is your responsibility to come to the Box Office to collect the money. Please note that this does not constitute a refund and money will only be returned if we re-sell the ticket.
Q. Why haven’t I received my e-mail confirmation?
A. AOL BOOKERS TAKE NOTE. AOL does not usually allow our e-mail confirmations through due to their high security restrictions. If booking with an AOL account check your spam and junk files. If you can not locate the e-mail contact the ticket office through the e-mail (infobath@komedia.co.uk) or through our phone line (12pm – 6 pm Tuesday – Saturday) and we can generate a new e-mail which you will be able to receive.
