Your email confirmation is your ticket. Please print and show upon entry to your event. We do not send tickets out by post to online bookers - please notify us on bathtickets@komedia.co.uk or 0845 293 8480 (Tues to Sat 12noon - 6pm) if you do not receive your e-confirmation or if you lose it.
If you are not able to print your ticket please make a note of the order number in the e-mail and bring this along with the card you used to book. It will not be possible to enter the show without this information.
Each e-mail confirmation is unique and DUPLICATES MUST NOT BE MADE, if they are we will be aware and you will not be admitted into the venue. We will check the unique confirmation number on arrival and you may also be asked to confirm your address.
AOL BOOKERS TAKE NOTE. AOL does not usually allow our e-mail confirmations through due to their high security restrictions. If booking with an AOL account check your spam and junk files. If you can not locate the e-mail contact the ticket office through the e-mail of phone line displayed above and we can generate a new e-mail that you will be able to receive.
It is cheaper to book online than over the telephone. There is a 50p online booking fee per ticket. You can book for groups online. This booking fee appears as an ‘item’ in your cart, so when booking 2 tickets your cart will contain 3 items (2 tickets and 1 booking fee).
Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro or American Express.
Currently our venues are unreserved seating. Please phone the ticket-line if you have specific seating requests, for wheelchair places, and events where online booking is not available.
Tickets available in person from the ticket counter one hour before show opening time. 50p booking fee per ticket on credit and debit card bookings.

For non-urgent enquiries, you can email the Box Office on bathtickets@komedia.co.uk. This is a non-secure connection, so we do not recommend you email us your credit/debit card details.
Komedia does not refund tickets.

For our evening shows we operate a policy of: All Cabaret & Theatre shows: 9 & over unless otherwise stated All limited seating & standing gigs: 14 & over unless otherwise stated All Krater Comedy Club shows: 18 & over N.B. all under 16’s MUST be accompanied by an adult. What Constitutes a Concession? Komedia offers concessionary rate tickets (when available) to people over the age of 60, people on DSS, students with a valid NUS card, people with disabilities (complimentary tickets are available to carers), Quidcard holders and Duke of York’s members. Please note that proof of concession will be required upon entrance.

Tickets cannot be exchanged nor money refunded.
The management reserves the right, in combination with any other statements or directives which may be shown on the ticket or as displayed on the premises to:
a) refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises
b) refuse entry of and use on the premises of any camera or any form of audio or visual equipment
c) request the ticket holder to leave the premises and to take any appropriate measure to ensure such a request
d) delay or refuse entry of latecomers, depending on the nature of the performance
e) make any change whatsoever in the performance owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause
f) cancel the event or performance for reasons beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any person any compensation or damage whatsoever other than, at the Magement’s discretion, a possible percentage of the maximum refund to the ticket holder of the value of the ticket
