Your email confirmation is your ticket. Please print and show upon entry to your event. We do not send tickets out by post to online bookers – please notify us on tickets@komedia.co.uk or 0845 293 8480 (Tues to Sat 12noon – 6pm) if you do not receive your e-confirmation or if you lose it.

If you are not able to print your ticket please make a note of the order number in the e-mail and bring this along with the card you used to book. It will not be possible to enter the show without this information.

Each e-mail confirmation is unique and DUPLICATES must not be made; we will check the unique confirmation number on arrival and you may also be asked to confirm your address.

AOL BOOKERS TAKE NOTE. AOL does not usually allow our e-mail confirmations through due to their high security restrictions. If booking with an AOL account check your spam and junk files. If you can not locate the e-mail contact the ticket office through the e-mail of phone line displayed above and we can generate a new e-mail that you will be able to receive.

Tables are allocated on a first-come first-served basis on the night. Arrive at door opening times to get the best choice of table, and order your food before the show. Group bookers (8+) MUST arrive within 30 minutes of door opening time to enable the party to sit together

What Constitutes a Concession?
Komedia offers concessionary rate tickets (when available) to people over the age of 60, people on DSS, students with a valid NUS card, people with disabilities (complimentary tickets are available to carers), Quidcard holders and Duke of York’s members. Please note that proof of concession will be required upon entrance.

Terms & Conditions
Tickets cannot be exchanged nor money refunded.
The management reserves the right, in combination with any other statements or directives which may be shown on the ticket or as displayed on the premises to:
a) refuse admission of the ticket holder to the premises
b) refuse entry of and use on the premises of any camera or any form of audio or visual equipment
c) request the ticket holder to leave the premises and to take any appropriate measure to ensure such a request
d) delay or refuse entry of latecomers, depending on the nature of the performance
e) make any change whatsoever in the performance owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause
f) cancel the event or performance for reasons beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any person any compensation or damage whatsoever other than, at the Management’s discretion, a possible percentage of the maximum refund to the ticket holder of the value of the ticket

We will automatically reserve you a table if you book a group of 8 or more for seated shows. But please arrive at door opening times to ensure we can seat you together and order your food before the show. Krater Comedy Club runs for 2.5 hours inc. 2 intervals and doors close 15 minutes before the show.

Please note:

That large groups of 12 or more may be split up on different tables next to each other.
That if you don’t arrive within half an hour of door opening times your table will be released.

When you make your booking:

Either book all the tickets in one transaction

or

Get everyone to book their own tickets then get one member for the group to call us on 0845 293 8480 before the event to let us know how many people are attending. We will then add a comment to their booking to request a table is held for the correct number of people

Groups of 8 or more people for seated shows will automatically have a table reserved but you MUST arrive within half an hour of door opening times (by 6:30pm if doors are at 6pm for example) otherwise the table will be released.Please arrive at door opening time for Krater to ensure we can seat you together.
