We collect data to provide a service to individuals, e.g., sending them e-tickets, informing them of show cancellations or changes. If a customer has agreed to receive further communication via our sign-up or opt-in, we use this for special offers and marketing communications.

Komedia Bath collects customer data via our ticketing system (Ticketsolve) online, in person at the Box Office and over the phone. We also collect email addresses for the mailing list via our homepage sign up form.

The data we collect is: Customer name, email address, telephone number, postal address, interests (either specified at mailing list sign-up or via attended events).

Under data protection laws you have rights in relation to your personal data that include the right to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, transfer, to object to processing, to portability of data and (where the lawful ground of processing is consent) to withdraw consent.
