Our
journey so far has been 3 years of early Wednesday evenings on instagram building a community who want to know more about their peri- and menopause journeys.
Co-hosted by Dr. Naomi Potter and Lisa Snowdon Mid-week Menopause Madness focuses on debunking the myths around menopause, creating a safe space where the community can come together to understand more about their signs & symptoms, plus tips and tricks to handle the hormonal challenges and changes all delivered with honesty, humour, truth and relevance.

LISA SNOWDON
Lisa Snowdon is one of the nation’s best loved radio and TV presenters, as well as being one of the UK’s most successful models of recent years. Lisa is a huge menopause advocate, breaking the taboo about discussing the Menopause. She released her debut book, Just Getting Started: Lessons in life, love, and menopause In May 2023.
DR NAOMI POTTER
Dr Naomi Potter is a UK based British Menopause Society accredited specialist.
She worked as an NHS doctor and GP with a specialist interest in women’s health for 16 years with experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Psychiatry and Emergency Medicine. As a GP she established her interest in menopause recognising it as an area neglected in terms of attention, education and funding. She now works to empower women with knowledge so they can seek help should they need it.
