Warsaw Radio made waves with their debut single After Eve which debuted on BBC 6 Music in 2017 and was featured on BBC Introducing. The group formed in Brighton when Nikki Bates (violin and vocals) answered an ad posted by vocalist and guitarist Brían McNamara who had recently moved to the UK from Ireland. Their debut album, Midnight Broadcast (released in March 2018), made an even bigger splash. Taking the likes of The Hot House Flowers, The Waterboys and Wilco as touchstones, the ten-track effort is a string-driven, sometimes tear-stained opus, heaving with songs that have stadium-filling potential. McNamara’s impassioned baritone on the likes of Whispers and the monstrous Midnight Broadcast could put goosebumps on your goosebumps.

Paul Murray

Murray performs a mix of folk, indie and blues songs, combined at times with heavier rock guitar techniques. The guitar work sits perfectly with the thoughtful, observant and entertaining lyrics. Over the past few years Paul has been gaining recognition on the London and Brighton scene having played  venues including The Garage, ULU and Ronnie Scott’s in London. He’s supported the likes of Steve Mason (of the Beta Band), Glen Matlock (founding member of The Sex Pistols) Warhaus, Will Hoge and many more.  He’s also played as part of the Fringe and Great Escape festival. Last year Paul released his second E.P Party?. Check it out on Spotify, Deezer and Apple Music.

‘A beautiful E.P; deep rich vocals, dark humour, memorable melodies,  cathartic honesty. Murray’s music is the kind that will transcend and  enrich in a live setting’ Brtz N Beatz magazine

‘Creative, reflective lyrics put to equally accomplished music’ Lisa O’Connor
