Basement FOH Position
The Basement Venue at Komedia provides the following equipment:
FOH Desk: Soundcraft Series 2 Mixer
32 Mono Channels and 2 stereo
8 Groups and 8 auxiliaries
Please note we have only 24 channels on the stage box.
There are 8 returns – 6 permanently wired for foh sends and aux sends.
Aux 1 – 4 permanently wired for Monitor Mixes.
Aux 5 – 7 permanently wired for Effects Sends.
Aux 8 – Unused.
FOH Inserts

4 channels of DBX 1066 Compressor/Limiter
SPX990 Effects Unit – mono sends and returns.

We have a range of microphones, stands and DI’s available for use.
Please supply a technical rider as soon as possible to help us accommodate your event.
Staging
The smallest stage is 5m wide by 2m deep and 30cm high. This is a permanent stage.
The maximum stage size is approx. 5m wide by 3m deep and 30cm high.
This is made up with Metrodeck Staging Units added to the above.
Please be aware that the venue has a low ceiling height.
2 metres 18cm on stage left, rising 2 metres 36cm on stage right.
Lighting
The Basement Venue comes with a permanently supplied lighting rig.
At present this comprises of:
6 * 650w Fresnels
1 * 650w Profiles
2 * Robe 300 CT’s
3 *Birdies
2 * Parabeam 300’s
Martin Starcloth
Various Sound-to-Light Disco Lights]
The foh lighting desk is a Zero88 Frog.
AV Equipment
The venue also provides the following AV Equipment:
Projector: Sharp XG-PH50x 4000 Lumens with geometric adjustment
Screen: 83 inches / 210 cm operated by remote control (4:3)
Plasma Screens: 2 x 40inch NEC Screens – flown to the sides of FOH Speakers
Edirol 4 Channel V4 Vision Mixer.
2 Sony D70 Remote Cameras and controller DVD Player.
