Our tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However on selected shows, for just £2 per ticket you can purchase ticket refund protection with Secure My Booking.
Ticket refund protection allows you to recover 100% of the paid ticket price (including all order fees). With refund protection, you can apply for a refund in the event of:
- Accident, injury, or illness including COVID-19
- Severe weather preventing travel to the venue
- Travel delays due to breakdown or public transport breakdowns & strikes
- Plus much more!

For a worry-free purchase, protect your tickets today. Ticket Refund Protection needs to be purchased at the same time as your tickets to be valid.
You must purchase a ticket refund protection for EVERY paid ticket being booked, for EVERY event you book for, in order to be covered for that event. (Protection is linked via date). This fee is non-refundable. Not required for FREE tickets.
