Komedia is very excited to announce the return of the Komedia New Comedy Award in 2024, in association with Comic Boom comedy club and Victoria Nangle.
This is your chance to see the very best of the next big things in comedy as they burst through in this competition’s semi-finals, vying for a coveted place in the KNCA Final.
Hundreds of aspiring comics submitted clips to us in the hope of making it into a Komedia New Comedy Award semi-final heat. Each heat features eight of the exciting new comics we chose. Come along and cheer for your favourite!
MCs and judges set to take part during the run of the competition include award winning television comedians and leading respected
figures from the comedy industry.
