Our tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, on selected shows, for just £2 per ticket, you can purchase ticket refund protection with Secure My Booking.

Ticket refund protection allows you to recover 100% of the paid ticket price (including all order fees). With refund protection, you can apply for a refund in the event of:

  • Accident, injury, or illness including COVID-19
  • Severe weather preventing travel to the venue
  • Travel delays due to breakdown or public transport breakdowns & strikes
  • Plus much more!

Ticket Holders will be asked to provide evidence to support your request for a refund.

Always something interesting happening at Komedia. Probably the venue I find myself at most frequently due to the eclectic mix of acts, comedy, music, club nights, cabaret and random silliness! Feels like the heart of Brighton!

This venue’s accessibility information on their website is outstanding. As an autistic wheelchair user it was so amazing to be able to see the layout/3D view of the whole venue… If more venues followed Komedia’s example the world would be a much better place!
