WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO BOOK FOR A LARGE GROUP?
Simply call us on 01273 647100 or email us at tickets@komedia.co.uk with any questions. We can reserve tickets and invoice you, giving you time to pay and confirm numbers.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payments will need to be made 2 weeks after the booking is made, at which point the booking will need to be paid in full.

TICKET TERMS
Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Please make any changes to the booking before the booking is paid.

HOW DO I ADD PEOPLE TO MY PARTY?
You can add extra people to an existing booking online, subject to availability, as long as it’s booked under the same name. If you need to book under a different name, use the comments box to tell us the party you are joining.

WILL WE BE SEATED TOGETHER?
Yes! All parties have a reservation, no matter what size. Our larger tables hold approx. 12 people, so bigger groups will be over two or more tables.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
No, but people often like to dress up, so feel free to wear your best festive finery.

HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR TICKETS
Your e-ticket will be emailed to you, please show this upon arrival.

WHAT IF OUR PARTY IS ARRIVING AT DIFFERENT TIMES?
We ask all group members who are eating to arrive before 6:30pm and for the party leader to show the e-ticket upon arrival. If you are arriving separately, make sure you quote the name of the party you are joining upon entry.

HOW DO WE ORDER FOOD?
Once you have made your booking a member of our box office team will be in touch with a menu, pre-order form and a date to have your food choices returned by. Once you have booked your tickets, fill in your options and email it to food@komedia.co.uk.

CAN I PRE-ORDER DRINKS / SET UP A TAB?
Yes! There will be an option to pre-order drinks on our pre-order form. We will take payment for your drinks on the night. You can also set up a bar tab on the evening. Please note, we will ask for a credit card when you arrive to secure a tab.

WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE?
Please arrive at door opening time of 6.30pm. Your meal will be served before the show starts at 8:30pm so the earlier you arrive, the more time you have to enjoy your meal.

WHAT TIME DOES IT END?
The comedy finishes around 10.30pm followed by the disco until 12/1am.

WHICH COMEDIANS WILL BE ON?
Line-ups are listed on the Komedia Christmas Party page on our website but please bear in mind, these are subject to change.
