Komedia teams up with Brighton Dome Comedy Festival 2026

We’re joining forces with Brighton Dome Comedy Festival this October to present 10 days of standup, podcasts and workshops across two of the city’s best loved venues!

Brighton Dome Comedy Festival returns from 16-25 October and this year Komedia is on board too, bringing audiences a jam-packed 10-day programme promising shows for all senses of humour and all ages, from TV, comedy and podcast legends to quirky cult favourites and mixed bill nights.

Sam Moore, our Lead Programmer at Komedia says:

“It’s with great pride that Komedia is working alongside Brighton Dome for this extra special iteration of Brighton Dome Comedy Festival. We’ve curated a block-buster lineup full to the brim with the nation’s favourites acts and funny people, guaranteed to appeal to anyone who’s ever enjoyed a laugh.

With this partnership, we want to highlight Brighton’s leading role in the country’s comedy eco-system whilst bridging the gap between grassroot venues and theatres.”

Rosie Crane, Brighton Dome’s Programme Manager says:

“It is a dream come true to be presenting our comedy festival in cahoots with the fantastic Komedia. How exciting to align two Brighton powerhouses of comedy to bring our audiences an even more brilliantly funny festival. I can’t wait to skip between our venues to pack in as many shows as humanly possible in ten days.”
