‘Angry Boater’ is about the joys, perils & madness of living on the UK’s Inland Waterways – the lifestyle Joel committed to in 2008 and which he continues to enjoy – and endure – to this day.
Although in its 12th year, this will be Angry Boater’s first visit to Brighton.
