We offer a fully stocked bar with a team of experienced bartenders to go with it, so whether you want a daytime or evening event, we have a range of beverages to suit the occasion. Komedia’s experienced in-house kitchen team also offers a custom food menu for your event, so don’t worry about sorting out catering.
Our central location gives easy access to a variety of independent shops, bars, restaurants and hotels, meaning there’s plenty to do before or after your time with us. And don’t worry about transport either – we are just a 7-minute walk from Brighton Station, allowing for travel to Gatwick in 30 minutes and London in under an hour.
Komedia is a Brighton institution when it comes to live events! Between our large Basement and intimate Studio venues, we have the spaces to bring your vision to life no matter the size of your guest list. Our Basement is home to some of Brighton’s best comedy shows, and has seen hundreds of iconic performers across the years. If you want to follow in the footsteps of The League of Gentlemen, Catherine Tate, and Lewis Capaldi, Komedia has you covered. Seated or standing, it can hold up to 290 or 415 respectively. Our smaller Studio space has become a regular feature in The Great Escape and Brighton Fringe festivals, and is ideal for a more relaxed, intimate, and personal event.
