LCA Fundraiser: Live Comedy Day!

The UK without comedy? You must be joking?

Despite bringing immeasurable joy to audiences, fostering empathy through storytelling, and contributing a whopping £1 billion to the UK economy, the live comedy sector is not traditionally recognised as part of cultural life in the UK. And that needs to change.

On 1 April 2026, Live Comedy Day will celebrate the comedians, venues, and audiences who make the UK’s live comedy scene the best in the world.

Come along to Live Comedy Day at Komedia to laugh with some of our favourite stand-up comedians and advocates: Zoe Lyons, Sikisa, Barry Ferns, and more acts to be announced.

This comedy night is a fundraiser in support of the Live Comedy Association (LCA), the only membership organisation representing people working across the UK live comedy sector.
