In the dark, deathly world of the Middle Ages, one (annoying) woman dares to find the light. Meet Batilda Bigbum: A wild-at-heart teenager fleeing a sozzled mother and unappealing suitors, only to stumble into the bizarre devotion of a convent.

CHRISTBRIDE is Bebe Cave’s award-winning (Best Comedy Show – The List Festival Awards) debut character comedy: a riot of wigs-on-hats, screwball nuns and medieval mayhem. A ‘Monty Python-meets-Clueless farce’ (The Skinny) where ‘cascading creativity and an overflowing sense of fun’ (The Guardian) collide with ‘dementedly funny and fast-paced’ comedy (The Scotsman).

Wild, irreverent, and gloriously silly — CHRISTBRIDE proves salvation can be hilarious.
